I am extremely lucky to have built some fantastic client relationships over the years sourcing the best talent both active and passive within the market via the network I have built over the last 7 + years, complimented by our brand of 20 + years.
With my experience and strong client portfolio, I now only look to take on new clients that are serious and motivated to recruit and looking for a Recruiter that can genuinely give guidance and help attract the best candidates for their team, also allowing for a 'first refusal' option on those sought-after profiles. I work on an exclusive (or retained) basis meaning I can deliver the very best service in an always entirely objective (and non ‘salesy’) fashion.
ABOUT ME
I’m 27 years old and still searching for my name on a mug, but I guess that is the outcome when a fiery Northerner meets an East London lad and they can’t decide on names. Anyway, that’s a love story for another day. (My brother got ‘Josh’ for reference…and he is the hippie!). As my name sets the precedent, I guess I was destined to be a little…different. For example swapping Uni books for a backpack and a one-way ticket, or working in a ‘sales’ industry with 0% ability to sell…
Yet, still making Associate Director (also a made up name I think?) In truth I know how I’ve got here, it’s about trust, relationships and sticking to your word. Being the first in and last out and going above and beyond for those who put their faith in you.
If I am not in the office, you will likely find me on the netball court with a big C on me. I am too small for anything else.
If it’s not 90’s/00’s R’n’B then I am not listening and if the reservation isn’t Dishoom then I am not coming.
Anything competition related you can always count on me, sometimes I scare myself.

MY VERSION OF THE TRADITIONAL RETAINED SERVICE
I have never believed its fair to ask a client for a third of the fee up front.
Instead I ask for a small payment of £1,500 so both parties have ‘skin in the game’ and are invested towards reaching a successful conclusion.
In return I give my client the following
1) A Corporate Explainer Video
2) I reduce my overall fee to 16%
3) I extend the free replacement from 3 months to 6 months
